The Mercy Center
Overview
The Mercy Center is a nonprofit organization located at 1106 Main Street, Asbury Park, NJ. Its mission is guided by the tradition of the Sisters of Mercy. Mercy Center provides services, programs, and education in a culturally sensitive manner to empower, enrich, and educate the residents within the greater Asbury Park area and beyond. Mercy Center has three areas in which we strive to meet this mission through our Family Resource Center, Food Pantry, and Sisters Academy School serving girls in grades 4-8. We offer supportive counseling services for youth and adults, domestic and sexual violence prevention and intervention programs, and utility, housing, and rental assistance.
