Ocean Partnership for Children
Overview
Ocean Partnership for Children, located in Toms River, is a private, non-profit agency, contracted with NJ’s Children’s System of Care, to provide care management services to youth in Ocean County in the areas of mental health, behavioral health, I/DD needs, substance use, and juvenile justice, with a focus on utilizing Wraparound principles in order to help meet individual needs. We provide services to youth up until the age of 21. Our mission is to enhance the well being of youth and families through natural and community supports.
Duties
- · Complete family experience interviews in the field with youth and families, and collect data based on feedback. · Look at data trends to assist with problem solving and brainstorming to increase positive outcomes. · Review agency policies and procedures, ensuring the agency’s internal processes are in alignment with agency mission, appropriate for successful outcomes, and consistent with one another and CARF Accreditation requirements. · Assist with departmental strategies to ensure compliance and quality of staff and persons served. · Assist with basic IT troubleshooting throughout the agency. · Other duties, as assigned
- The student is required to be enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree at a regionally accredited college/university. The student is also required to have a driver’s license/Motor vehicle report, medical insurance, a CARI check, and Background check . Ocean Partnership for Children incurs the expenses of completing all required checks through our onboarding process with Human Resources.
