The Monmouth County Park Systems provides a variety of interning and volunteering opportunities to care for animals, help endangered species and create habitats. This internship is located at the Seven Presidents Oceanfront Park in Long Branch, NJ.
Duties
- Provide safe environments for endangered species
- Interact with park visitors
- Discourage actions that might harm animals
- Use Psychology to understand animal behavior and implement care
Requirements
- 18+ years old
- attend a brief training program
- interest in working with animals
