Camp Quality is a volunteer driven, volunteer run and non-profit organization that provides free camping experiences and year-round support programs for children with cancer and their families. Camp Quality programs are focused to care for the emotional needs of children with cancer and their families.
Camp is held for one-week during the summer, with additional support programs continuing throughout the year such as reunions and family outings.

Duties
The organization is looking for individuals who are interested in being a one-on-one "companion." Companions offer friendship to a child through fun activities. A companion is expected to fully participate in all of the activities that their camper chooses and to be a positive role model. The process of pairing a companion with a camper is completed with the camper's best interest in mind.
Requirements
- Complete the online application thoroughly
- At least 18 years of age and 1 year out of high school at camp time
- Provide three references
- Pass a "Police Record Check"
- Complete a personal interview in Freehold, NJ
- Complete a full day of Training in Freehold, NJ on a designated training day in May
- Must be willing to wait until mid-June for an acceptance decision
