American Association of Advertising Agencies - Intern
Overview
The American Association of Advertising Agencies (4A's) is a national trade association that strives to strengthen the advertising agency business in the United States. 4A's is an advocate of advertising who represents agency's to help improve problems they might have with advertisers, serve members needs, and provide technical help.
The American Association of Advertising Agencies selects seventy to one hundred undergraduate and graduate students from colleges and universities for internships. Students can gain real world work experiences, establish contacts and will be better prepared for an entry level position after graduation.
Duties
- Managing the staffing process (Recruiting, Screening, Interview, Testing)
- Writing recruitment advertisements for postings
- Assist with all aspects of advertising
- Perform any other HR duties needed
Requirements
- Working towards a degree in Human Resources (Undergraduate, Graduate)
- Communication skills
- Reasoning ability
- Computer skills
- Leadership responsibilities
